CLOSING CHECKLIST FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS:

• Government issued photo ID – Driver’s License or passport are acceptable. If you do not have at least one of these items please call our office to discuss.
• Original Termite Letter, Septic and Well Water Inspections (if applicable)
  Keys and garage door openers.
• All Buyers and Sellers must attend closing unless using a Power of Attorney that has been prepared and approved by our office.

**Realtors – Please send any disbursement authorization/pay at close to our office 48 hours in advance of closing.**
